The Sims 4 Growing Together was released a month ago and a bug surrounding the tooth loss feature was considered serious enough for EA to release a patch disabling this new feature shortly after. The Sims 4 1.97.42.1030 Update is scheduled for April 18th, 2023 and we hope it will address the issue, and more news coming as we're expecting four new kits soon!
