If you get “empty bubbles” or crashes in your game when changing your language with previous methods it means that you likely have a single language version of The Sims 4 installed instead of a multi language one. So, to solve this issue, you should use the new repack below, which also contains the necessary language files.

Hi, I have a question that may be very dumb, but I’m just looking for some clarification. Not sure if you can help, but it’s worth a shot. I have an old Windows 7 laptop, but it is 64-bit, and I’ve been downloading TS4 game updates from a trusted Youtube channel. Thing is, I always used to run the game in 32-bit mode, because running it 64-bit causes almost unbearable lag and loading times…
I downloaded and installed the 1.58 patch and Discover University from this channel,, as soon as they uploaded it, and the description had a note that reads:
“FOR NOW THIS REPACK WORKS ON 64-BIT OS ONLY, BECAUSE OF LEGACY EDITION. 32-BIT WINDOWS USERS, KINDLY WAIT UNTIL ANADIUS UPDATES THEIR REPACK.”
The uploader also left a comment on the video saying,
“Works with 64-bit OS only for now, 32-bit users kindly wait for the repack to be updated. I’ll edit this comment when it does.”
At first, I thought they meant wait for Legacy Edition, but I looked at my game files, and I have a separate Bin folder called “Bin_LE”…which I’m guessing is Legacy Edition! What I’m wondering is, is Anadias creating a 32-bit compatible repack of University…? Or, am I just misunderstanding what those comments are trying to say? I asked the uploader, but they haven’t responded, and they haven’t edited their comment yet. I’m just frustrated and wanting my 32-bit launcher back, haha. I just don’t want to have false hope, even though I’m not sure such a repack is even possible. I don’t know a thing about cracking/repacking games. Is a 32-bit compatible repack of DU even possible?
I apologize if this a stupid, and/or confusing question. I’ve just been going a little crazy wondering what this means, while trying to play DU on my crappy old computer that I can’t afford to upgrade any time soon, haha.
Hi! Your question is not stupid at all!
The previous releases indeed had some files, but not all of them, meaning you can not use the Legacy Edition on them.
To do so you need to use the version you’re commenting on or the latest The Sims 4 Legacy Edition 1.58.63.1510 Update Only G4TW if you’re just updating.
I am sorry for being away from YouTube for 3 Months now. I got two strikes from EA and almost lost my entire channel. I am thinking about what to do next, but for now I’ll stay focused on my website only, where I post the best I find around (or whatever I can repack of it to make it nicer and tested).
Oh, and Discover University do NOT work on 32 Bits, sadly. You can have Legacy without University or you can have University and run it at 64 bits.
