There's a pointer issue? there was a start page with an option to choose a city but i have to move the pointer around a lot to select something, n things randomly light up no matter where the pointer is n i cant seem to start or play...

I love the game took around 2 hours to fully download today, everythings fine. But i have one question, how can i see/access the serial code number so i can register it to my Sims 3 website and download store content from there? I dont have an origin account either.
You are able to do that when you buy your game from EA or if you have a DVD with a serial number on its box, then you register on their website as well.
I did as it says in the tutorial but it keep saying:

it's not working.. I installed and uninstalled it at least 3 times now
everytime I try to enter the game it says "The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx9_31.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Any help? I had the Mr Dj torrent before and it never crashed.

I have installed this and it works perfectly if not a little slow however I was wondering if it’s possible to install custom worlds since there is no launcher? I have tried putting them in several folders but they have not showed up in game so was stumped as to whether I can or not.

When I try to run the setup it always says "Move installer to folder with basic latin characters." I tried but it still doesn't work.
You are probably running it from your user folder (like your downloads folder) or another place that has non basic English (non accentuated or foreign) characters or trying to install the game into a folder with such characteristic.
Hello there! I'm still downloading the game (sims 4 in fact) but realized there's also a full sims 3 version here and that's where my problems started.... so I'd like to ask a few questions, if I may:
1) I have sims 3 that I've downloaded from somewhere 5 years ago and now realized it's an old version. There's a supposed superpatch out there but I'm a bit stumped how to go about it all, so I thought perhaps using your full version would be better, assuming it's the latest version? (I heard version 1.69 is troublesome, is this it, or is it 1.67?)
2) could you please tell me what folders should I save from my old game to make this version play my old saves? Is it the whole "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3" or just the "Saves" and whichever folders hold custom content...

The 1.69 version seems to be not wanted haha
Yes, I think so, but I need to double check on that. Anadius made a new repack and I need to make a video and a new post for it. It's an installer that works the same way as the Customizable for Sims 4. The link should be available in this post somewhere, but I did not make a tutorial for it yet, sorry.

When I click on the download link it comes up with a site where it says, processing your request please wait, and it counts down from 20 seconds. after I click on the link it comes up with some site telling me the add some apps to chrome? Please help.
Oh, that's a pop under. The download starts automatically when you do that on your Torrent Client. Please check uTorrent, Tixati or whatever you are using to download torrents for your download. I am working on fixing those pop under ads with the ad network, since they help me afford keeping the site on line, but I want for you all to be comfortable browsing here.

What do you mean? There's a message like "⚙ Processing your request, please wait 14 seconds… ⚙" where the seconds are counted down to zero.
Then, the message is replaced with "⏩ Click here to continue ⏩" and you should be able to click on it.
It's working normally here.

Oh? Which one? Did you check your torrent client? You should see an ad page and, at the same time, the torrent client (Tixati, uTorrent etc) should open the torrent magnet and offer to start downloading the game for you.
