Hello! This downloaded okay but I can't open it; I have received several error messages; when I click on the shortcut on desktop to open it I receive a message that says "Unable to start game. Device 0 cannot run this title. No supported video graphics card detected. Please check your system hardware."
Other error messages are regarding the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable Setup as well as the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. Those ones are telling me I have newer versions already installed on my computer so I don't know if that is preventing me from opening the game.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you so much!
Hi! Having newer versions of those libraries is ok, so you can just skip to the next step and ignore the errors, as you already have them.
The video card error is interesting, though, which model of video card do you have?
I don't think I have a dedicated video card; I believe it is integrated with my CPU?
That's likely the problem. There are workarounds for it usually, I don't remember exactly what to do, try doing a topic search on the Games4TheWorld Club Forum
Hey! I have successfully downloaded the game but I want to put some mods in, i tried the documents>electronic arts>sims 3 but i doesn't give me a particular mods folder to put my mods on, and I have already tried to put them in my Downloads folder but that doesn't neither. What should I do?
Package Files are supposed to be pasted on "\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages" (you need to have the resource.cfg already installed, if you use my Full Store you should already have it there, otherwise you'd need to look for it, but it's easy to find)
.Sims3Pack go inside "\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads" and you install them by running the launcher, then the items you placed there will show up and be available, or you can just double click the .Sims3Pack from anywhere and it will make the game open the launcher and install it for you.
How exactly do I get the Sims3pack? I know how to work it out once i have it but i dont have a link to actually get the Sims3Pack
Oh, you don't define it, who defines it is the creator of the mod / CC you eventually download. There are those two flavors and I gave you an idea on how you go about installing either kind, depending on what you find 🙂
I have sims 3: all in one and the sims full store in the premium access folder. There is no sims into the future folder. Which of these am I supposed to run?

Hi! Is there a download for premium members that does not involve the use of torrenting? I've tried to use the download link provided, but it does nothing, and it includes bitTorrent in the URL that the download links to, which I suspect is the main issue.

However, I guess I have trouble with corruption/bugs, especially when sim/s are returning home after traveling. I searched how to fix those and there were many guides to delete corrupted files etc. I can't find "saves" files, so do you have an idea how to delete "bad" files? Thank you!
Use "Save As" and keep incremental numbers. I used to have the same problem but it went away when I started to use save as instead of save. You can delete older saves later.
I have another question: How do I uninstall this?

You should have the base game and all expansions listed. If you decide to keep the game only I recommend keeping at least base game and Into The Future, since it was the latest expansion released, to minimize the chances of things breaking when you play.

The Sims 3 is multilingual, you choose the language upon installation instead of changing it later.

not sure if you've answered this before, but in which folder do I put my mods (like my worlds and furniture and hair, etc) so they work in the game? please help!
It depends if it's a sims3pack you need to put them inside "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads" then you have to run the launcher and install the stuff there.
If you're using package files you need to have your Mods folder properly setup in advance, then you'll put the files in your folder "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages"
For your Mods folder to work you need to have the Resource.cfg file in it.
I plan on creating a tutorial for that at some point after remaking the Sims 3 packages.

Interesting, because my torrent client shows 100 seeds. Are you allowed to use your internet for peer to peer traffic (torrents)? If not, you might need Premium Access to download stuff directly. I still don't have The Sims 3 there, but I am actually working on it. You can already Directly Download The Sims 4 All in One Automatic if you are a Premium Subscriber

This repack has all Expansions and neighborhoods, not the store items, which are separated. I'll release a new repack soon.

I plan on releasing a new repack for Sims 3 and also a new Store Repack with a new video etc. It will take me a while though, today I was working on my website to see if I could make it work faster, but the theme I tried, which was supposed to be lighter and faster, was a bust and made everything slower and I had to change it all back 😂

Hi! You can find individual items from Games4TheWorld, but individual items will make your game sometimes slower than having the merged version, unless you only have a few of them installed.
I plan on releasing a new version of The Sims 3 soon, same thing for the store.
I am not seeding it anymore, so I can't give you priority, sorry.
Please keep me posted if you have issues and I will see what I can do, but I will need the exact name of the torrent you're trying to download so I can reload it, as there's many different versions of the store around. 😄

I don't have problems with individual items, since I convert everything to package and merge them using CC magic (I never use the launcher, I install everything in package, even worlds and lots). The problem is that I can't find a whole list with all the store in Games4TheWorld, I have to look for every set and that is super time consuming, lol.
And for the torrent, I've downloaded everything, I was a bit impatient but everything was downloaded fine, thank you so much!

it keeps coming out "An error occurred while unpacking: archive corrupted! Unarc.dll returned to an error code: -7 ERROR: archive data corrupted (decompression fails). i'm using Windows 7 Home Premium (SP1) 32-Bits OS, Intel i5-2450M [email protected], Installed Memory RAM 2GB. why is that so?
It might be a corrupt file during download. Did your torrent client finish downloading it?

Hi! As I mentioned on my tutorial, you can ignore the error, close the warning and move on to the next Visual C++ until you have all installed.

Try extracting everything somewhere, then running from there. It usually helps.
