Hello! This downloaded okay but I can't open it; I have received several error messages; when I click on the shortcut on desktop to open it I receive a message that says "Unable to start game. Device 0 cannot run this title. No supported video graphics card detected. Please check your system hardware."
Other error messages are regarding the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable Setup as well as the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. Those ones are telling me I have newer versions already installed on my computer so I don't know if that is preventing me from opening the game.

Hey! I have successfully downloaded the game but I want to put some mods in, i tried the documents>electronic arts>sims 3 but i doesn't give me a particular mods folder to put my mods on, and I have already tried to put them in my Downloads folder but that doesn't neither. What should I do?
I have sims 3: all in one and the sims full store in the premium access folder. There is no sims into the future folder. Which of these am I supposed to run?

However, I guess I have trouble with corruption/bugs, especially when sim/s are returning home after traveling. I searched how to fix those and there were many guides to delete corrupted files etc. I can't find "saves" files, so do you have an idea how to delete "bad" files? Thank you!
I have another question: How do I uninstall this?

Hi is there a Mac version to download. I remember downloading it for free a couple months ago but when I tried it, it was for windows.
When I'm on the Microsoft visual bit I get an error message saying 'A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine' and that I need to resolve it before I can continue.
