Highlights: black photos fixed in new saves, slowed relationship decay after baby, daycare routing fixed, service NPCs more reliable, CAS subcategories restored, tenant rent billing corrected, retail buying logic fixed, fewer random townie outfits, and various Wants/phone behavior tweaks.
