Instant Pot (Multi Cooker) Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce and Ground Beef

400 grams of ground beef (I used beef heart);1 can, box or sachet of tomato sauce;2 large onions, diced;1 small carrot, shredded;100 grams of diced bacon (optional)Spices (Garlic Powder, Pepper, Beef Stock or Salt, Oregano, Thyme, Paprika);400 grams of gnocchi (I used the grocery store bought, fridge temperature)

Add all ingredients to your multicooker (or instant pot, or pressure cooker) except for the gnocchi and set it to the meat program according to the meat you are using (I set it to 45 minutes, since it was beef heart, 15 minutes for average

Well, the truth is that those emails got their "information" from security breaches that affected BILLIONS of user accounts in many different services all over the world so...

Don't panic or pay!

Trust me, it happened to me, but there was a "but..." that made it very clear they did not have as much information

2018 was surely a very atypical year to me and many of the closest people to me. It had great and terrible things happening, sometimes simultaneously but, at least in our case, they are all going to work as tools that will help us move towards a better future.

This is a very easy to make low calorie coconut flour cake with albumin powder (dried egg whites, which you can use for shakes or in recipe, you can even make snow whites if you mix the correct amount of water and whip it up 🥚🍰🥰) and sucralose.

Make it savory and you have a nice keto bread to fill you up if you are on a keto diet without having to wait for a biologic yeast to grow your low carb dough!

75 ml vegetable oil or melted

You just need to have Get Famous installed [CODEX, ZLOrigin and Anadius Versions Compatible]. If you already have the previous 1.48.90 the procedure is the same, wash, rinse, repeat...
