      1. I am trying to play on a mac computer. I am using a virtual machine but when I try to open up the sims it gives an installation error at startup 135dec40 code and I do not know how to fix it.

        1. Hi! Install Visual C Runtime Libraries on your Virtual Machine, turn virtualization OFF if you have the option to. Let me know what happens next. Oh, and double check you have your anti virus disabled on your virtual machine (or the entire Yandex folder excluded from real time protection).

    Yes, you can COPY the game to a flash drive after synchronizing it locally on your hard drive (or if you use your flash drive as a fixed drive you can also sync on it directly, but you can't sync if the drive isn't plugged, of course 😉)

    If you're using a COPY of the game that's not being synchronized, then you can continue playing normally after losing access to the file server. The synchronized version is removed from your computer when you lose access to the file server, but not copies you make on an external drive as you suggest.

    1. Hi! That happened because my system shows as if you had cancelled your subscription, but you did not (your account looks normal on paypal). I am so sorry for the inconvenience, it's surely some sort of system glitch. I am fixing everything right away and I'll send you an email once I finish it.   10. hi, i was wondering if the payment was automatic or i need to donate every month.. plus if i only want to pay once is it possible? i mean: can i pay the first time and then, once i downloaded the files, suspend my account so i don't pay anymore the next month?

    1. Hi! Payment is automatic, you're charged monthly or yearly, according to your choice. Yes, if you don't want to continue supporting me you can cancel your subscription any time to stop future charges, then you lose access to the file server.

    1. Hi! You can just pick a monthly plan. The first month is a bit more expensive, then the price goes a bit lower from the 2nd month onwards (PayPal). PayPal also doesn't charge tax, Patreon does (and it also doesn't have a lower amount from the 2nd month).
