Hello, I have reinstalled the sims 4 automatic online but it still shows that the Growing Together pack is unowned. I am not sure if it is on my end that I am doing wrong.
Hi! Are you using EA App? Did you run the installer again after synchronizing everything fully (all icons green) during the past half hour or so?
I am using the EA app and I have waited until everything is synchronized green. I am going to try again one more time before I will unsync everything and try from the start.
Please restart your computer and try again. If you receive a notification it was updated, after opening EA App please close it, restart your computer or exit EA App fully again, run it again.
I finally got it to work. I just resave the EP13 and I got it.
Nice! Yes, that would cause problems too. EA App is a bit weird for the past 3 days as well, so sometimes you need to kill it, run it, kill it, run it again 2 or 3 times to have everything working. π€
hi i would've emailed but i'm having trouble logging in lol so anyway, when i downloaded the new update from today, i can't create or open create-a-sim to make a new save file, when i loaded a save file i have, all of the characters were blacked out completely (i had mods turned off so there weren't any mods). every time i tried to load a new save or create one it just gave me a white screen. when i looked at yandex it said several folders were unsynced (data, delta, s12, some other ones) or had red x's on them when they didn't before when i had loaded the game previously. they only showed up like that after the game was running, but when the game isn't running, everythings green and synced. if i run the game, random folders have red x's and the game is broken.

Hi! I need to move my sims folders to another drive. For Electronics Art folder (which includes the mods etc.) I already did it and just moved it manually but I'm not sure how to do it for the Yandex disk files. If I drag them to another disk then will it still automatically update?
Hi! How did you move your Mods folder? Because if you just move it, the game won't see it. You need to change your Document's "official" location to the desired drive or you need to use Symbolic Links.

You might need to run my installer again or update your shortcuts manually, since they will point out to the old location. π
If you are using the version with Gallery, you need to use EA App or Origin to change the game location, then run my installer again after you play once after it finishes moving (EA App or Origin to change location, wait until it finishes moving, run the game once, close the game, run the installer, run the game again). My installer might ask you

Hi!
Could you help me out with getting the Premium Access version of Minecraft? I have it all the files saved to computer, the included Java installed, along with the Minecraft installation itself done too, but whenever I open the launcher and try to launch a game, it eventually says "Exit code 1: Reason: Crashed", without even launching the game. Am I doing something wrong here?

Hi! Which version of Minecraft are you trying to use? Old 1.12 or earlyer or new 1.13 or newer?
Sorry I haven't use it for a very long time. Also, check that you have the latest Java, I remember that using the default installer seems to give you a very outdated one, you need to find how to get the very latest java manually.
You can find it here: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#jdk17-windows and you need to uninstall yours first. Then, get the Java 19 (64 bits ONLY): https://download.oracle.com/java/19/latest/jdk-19_windows-x64_bin.msi
