    1. I've been trying since yesterday to get sims 4 to download to my pc and it will not. The icon next to the sims 4 is blue empty cloud and it doesn't change. I even went the instructions again and still nothing. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. btw it isnt security features. Its ok through my firewall.
