  1. Hi! I got a new computer and after I installed Yandex I click on the TS4_x64.exe (as before) and it says the MSVCP140.ddl and VCRuntime140.dll files are missing. Do you know maybe what the promblem is?

  2. I've been trying since yesterday to get sims 4 to download to my pc and it will not. The icon next to the sims 4 is blue empty cloud and it doesn't change. I even went the instructions again and still nothing. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. btw it isnt security features. Its ok through my firewall.

    1. 1. Are you only synchronizing Sims 4 or also others? Sims 2 takes "forever" to download because there's tons of tiny files 😎

      2. Blue icon with cloud means synchronizing. Your computer does not synchronizing when it's sleeping, for example. Also, the game is large (Sims 4 is about 70 GB alone) and might take hours or even days depending on your internet access (it's usually less, but it depends on your connection and if you're only synchronizing Sims 4 or other stuff too etc). Any time your computer goes into sleep or power saving mode or something like that Yandex stops synchronizing. Then, when it wakes up, it starts recalculating a bunch of stuff before downloading files again. So, if your computer keeps going to sleep back and forth you might be stuck without your files being properly download because of it too. ðŸĪ”

      Keep me posted on how it goes. Also, email is faster and much easier to exchange pictures etc.

  4. I have several red x on yandisk but the game still works as least the save file im currently working on anyway. Does it have to do with that missing update/taken away update?

  5. So I reinstalled with your installer which removed the popup, but now the ea app keeps wanting to download the same update over and over again and I can't launch the game...

    1. Hi! Weird. That update should be gone from EA App by now.

      Try to do the update EA App is asking you, then check if the game works normally with everything owned as expected.

    I get a popup to reinstall the sims 4 with the installer after updating the ea app. The issue is that I don't know how to do that - shouldn't it keep itself updated automatically? Please help!

    1. Hi! If you are using the lab, you just need to run the installer again, but try the game first to see what happens. Sometimes I am stuck getting that same message asking me to reinstall it but it's not necessary. There's things to be fixed in some routines but you know, lab version is lab version and we'll always have a glitch here and there (But the game works normally)

  7. It still isnt working for me. do you think unistalling and installing will help? None of the world data is showing up, I just dont get it.

    1. Maybe. I wonder if you're using any mod that is changing your game?

      You should not have multiple copies of the same file on the same folder unless something local in your computer is modifying it.

      You're using regular Automatic, so you should not be using EA App to update your game either.

      Can you email me a screenshot illutrating what happens in your end better? Otherwise you might fix by starting over but if whatever you're doing is modifying files you will likely have the same problem again soon.

  10. Hello. I'm not sure what's going on with my loading bar. It was around 51% done 1 to 2 hours ago. My computer fritzed out for a second and the bar went back down to 31% complete and it hasn't even moved since then.

I didn't receive your July 19th message, it does not happen often but sometimes glitches happen (probably a couple of times pear year, thankfully), hence why I always ask to message me again and even try other methods like you just did, as I always do my best to answer messages on the same day, I am used to even reply to our premium access email from bed sometimes. ðŸ˜ī

      1. Yes I would like to do that. I'm already paid this month for the regular premium for this month. How may I upgrade.

      1. Having issues launching the game - I had downloaded from EA app but when I installet the lab version the program files from ea app disappeared and now I cant launch from ea app, but just download again. what did i do wrong?

        1. I am not sure. Try running the Lab Installer again, and choose the Traditional option. If it works, maybe your game is fixed. If not, then it means you might have lost the folder. Then you need to use EA App to install the game again first, then use my installer. Traditional is always safer when you're unsure about the option you prefer. Space Saver is more experimental.
