New Features
Sadly, it seems this update only patches a few things without adding any new feature (I'll update this post if I find any other information).
FIXES AND UPDATES
The Sims 4
- Improved compatibility with newer macOS releases, refer to FAQ for more details HERE (Official EA Page)
- Made some small visual and functional improvements to the Main Menu.
- Custom paintings on nearby lots that are taken a picture of from your active lot will now properly flag your lot as custom content when uploading it to the Gallery.
- So sneaky!
- We addressed an issue resulting in a “Conflicting Block Cluster” error message that could occur while building, preventing you from being able to draw or move walls.
- Non-active traited Sims will no longer get the “Not Enough Exercise" tense moodlet.
- Stair railings will no longer appear incomplete when placed against a half-wall.
- Whims are once again able to be completed after Travel.
- Whims are things your Sims want to do, but you don’t have to.
- You can now safely raise or lower the foundation of The Nookstone lot in Oasis Springs - walls, floors, and furniture will no longer disappear.
- The Tutorial will no longer lock if your Sim is promoted before you are given the "You Need to Gain Skill to be Promoted" task.
Get Together
- Fixed a graphic issue that could occur on Mac with some Intel graphics cards that caused plants in Windenburg to appear blocky when in Laptop Mode.
- So if you are on a Mac, with an intel graphics card, and you are in laptop mode, and you are playing in Windenburg… we got you covered.
City Living
- Bulldozing 888 Spire Apartment lots should no longer result in error code 123:28b6ee3b.
- We hope it does not result in error code: 123:456789abcde
- We are fairly certain it should not result in error code: 8675-309
- And under no circumstance should error code 42 occur.

Cats & Dogs
- The male veterinarian coat now has a properly visible ID badge.
Seasons
- Sims should no longer get the "Chilled" buff when the thermostat is set to warmer.
- Unless you have a heater that turns on and off repeatedly due to a bad switch in the system, and then when it decides to fail completely, it just ignores input for about 3 hours, and then when you wake up in the morning you have to carry a heavy blanket with you… ah hm… nm.
Get Famous
- Actor prep tasks will no longer reset on traveling.
- This is the second travel issue in the game… was it trying to tell us something?
Island Living
- Beaches are available for weddings.
Discover University
- Sims living in dorms should no longer receive high bills to live there.
Spa Day
- The "Take bath with Soaks" and "Take Mud Bath" interactions are once again, once again available on Showertubs.
- This time we won’t have to remove the fix because of… crosses fingers.
Jungle Adventure
- Child sims will no longer get a flirty buff after eating Flutterberry.
Realm of Magic
- Magical Clones will no longer become permanent Sims after traveling.
- Sims can once again resume writing books when their familiars are active.
Tiny Living Stuff
- Tiny Home Residential lots added to vacation worlds via The Gallery will now properly convert into rental lots.

Anti virus history/quarantine will likely show a couple of files blocked/removed/quarantined from within your game's folder. You need to allow/restore them.
I looked through my av did not see any files blocked or quarantined

You're likely missing files.
I was wondering is everything on this website for PC only (i.e. not Mac users)? I noticed in this post you include Mac patch updates, but no instructions on how to run on Mac (have I missed something)
Yes, Windows Only. To run it on a Mac you need a Windows Emulator or a Windows Wrapper.
Sadly I don't own a Mac and I am clueless on how to operate one. I will eventually try to install Mac OS on an old PC I have, but I am not even sure it's going to work at all. Not sure if and when I will be able to do that, though.

Yes, any drive you wish to use, you can even install and play from an external USB drive if you want 😉
Hello, when I try to open the game it opens a message saying "Do you allow this app from a unknown publisher to make changes to your device?", I click yes and nothing happens... I'm on Windows 10. I didn't see anywhere that I had to install Origin before to unlock the game or after, so I did it after (maybe it was to late?). I'm really tired... It's been 3 days i'm trying 5 different cracks, this one took 16 hours to install, and it doesn't work at the last moment. Could you please help me?
You need to use an account with administrative privileges. You need to handle your anti virus before hand. The message you mention sounds like a User Access Control thing. Funny that even if you authorize it's not working, maybe you don't have enough privileges on your system? Can you run the game as administrator?
Oh, and you do NOT need Origin or internet access in the computer you're playing on.
having issue where origin is still picking up the game(even if taskmanagered) and the dlc and is considering it corrupt any help

Hi! You should be able to, but I don't know how to use MacOS, sadly. I really wish I did. Please share your experience when you make it work. You should be able to make it work by using most kinds of Windows Emulators or wrappers, so I guess it's a yes? If the G4TW version works with a wrapper this one should work as well.

I guess you de-select the corresponding folder on Tixati to not download them, then you use the DLC toggler (included) to disable them.

hello I'm so sorry to disturb you in any way I just have a complain I had to re-download the all in one (the latest) for the sims and every time I try and open the app it shows me this *id give a screenshot but the website doesn't allow me to* I do not have origin on my laptop and I have no other applications running could you help me? I also removed everything from the original the sims 4 folder in my program files and replaced it with the new files from the download
This sounds like an anti virus problem (Windows Defender etc). Your anti virus is removing the modded files, you need to restore/allow them on Windows Defender and any other security software you might have installed on your computer.
i dont have anything other than windows defender and i don't really know how to restore/allow the files on it if you could explain in a reply i would be very grateful <3
You need to open Windows Defender and check for its history. Then you'll be able to see the options restore or allow for each item, you need to choose amongst the ones that are in the game folders.
I just tried it, it wasn't anywhere in windows defender firewall or windows security where google tells me I really don't know what to do

i just checked everything is inside the folders but the message still shows up (i also deleted bluestacks so it wasnt anything to do with it)
Interesting. Try to restart the computer, right click TS4_x64 then "Run as Administrator"

Check your anti virus history and quarantine.
Check your task manager for origin.exe or ts4_x64.exe running in the background BEFORE you try to run the game.
nothing connected to origin/ts4 was running in the background and also I forgot to mention this happened yesterday after I installed bluestacks maybe it has to do with it?

Hi! I'm having trouble with Visual C++ 2015. I installed the 2013 and 2017 correctly, but when I try installing the 2015 one the system tells me there's another version alrealdy installed. When I tried installing it the first time I realised there was another 2015 version installed, so I uninstalled it and tried again. However, the same message appeared. Help! Thanks!
Hi! So, you finished uninstalling it and you can't reinstall it? Try to play the game and see if it runs, you might be ok after all.

I can not install cc and can’t even find the folder to put cc in- I followed the videos instructions
Once you play for the first time the game will create folders inside
Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4I played the game and a i saved it and everything and looked for the folder again and it still want not there I looked in documents electronic arts
Weird, you should have a folder The Sims 4 inside your Electronic Arts folder that's inside your Documents (you need to be using the same windows user, of course, since each user has its own documents folder). The name of the folder may be different depending on the language, though (Die Sims 4, Les Sims 4 etc).
So weirdly the file for it was in a different user which is weird because I installed it in mine and I’m 100% sure he wouldn’t play the sims 4 but thank you for your help.

You don't need to, you can keep both on separate folders, hence why you always install my All in One repacks on
