Sims 4

  • Fixed an issue with cycling swatch options while using the Numpad + and - keys.
  • Fixed an issue which caused Error 122:324a2e8e to occur.
  • Fixed an issue which caused Error 134:b378c837 to occur.
    • Hello Error 134, was it me you were looking for? I don’t wonder where you are (now) and I don’t wonder what you do (now), I hope you don’t get lonely…
  • Fixed an issue in which when two Households were on Vacation (or one of them were), the messages for Vacation Ending were ambiguous or incorrect.
  • Fixed an issue for Consoles in which the Main Menu became unresponsive when disconnected from The Gallery.
  • Fixed an issue in which if Simmers were offline and they clicked on The Gallery tab or their Profile tab resulted in their contents in My Library would disappear.
    • We turned it off and on again.
  • Made some updates to some of the icons for Off-The-Grid related Moodlets.
  • Fixed an issue in which some floor textures were disappearing if Stilts were put over terrain tiles. Kinda groovy but we had to fix that.
  • Create a Sim asset yfBody_EF18SportStriped_SolidBlueTurquoise has been fixed to avoid clipping with all types of shoes. In the same vein, we fixed a clipping issue when top yfTop_EP03JacketTie_SolidBlueDkBlue is paired with bottom yfBottom_EP02SkirtAsym_Blue (for those who own Get Together and City Living).

Get Together

  • Corrected Residential Lot status of “The Summer Home” Lot in Winderburg. Against all previous evidence, it is actually NOT an Incomplete Lot.

Discover University

  • Fixed an issue in which the game froze when moving to dorms in University of Britechester when giving control to another Sim.
  • The University of Britechester and The Foxbury Institute have now associated some of their Degrees with Freelancer Maker and Civil Designer careers! See you next term Simmers!

Eco Lifestyle

  • Fixed an issue in which the Fabrication sound effect continued playing even after Fabricator had completed its task. Had the Fabricator become sentient… self aware?
  • Sims will now actually receive their inheritance after Marrying within the 7 days as instructed. Marry for love or Simoleons? <insert Telenovela Music>

  • Fixed an issue in which while playing in Low Medium Graphic Settings, doors and windows would not display in Pinecrest Apartments. Where did they go? What secrets have they unveiled?

  • Fixed an issue in which when zooming in Pinecrest Apartments, you could sometimes see a hole in the ground without textures. Nothing ominous, no… right?

Tiny Living

  • The 'All Included!' Lamp With Storage is no more, it has become the 'Not All Included!' Lamp Without Storage as our text writer was deceived and the Lamp does not allow a deco slot. Shenanigans!

  1. hello! Ive been trying to download this update, as well as the nifty knitting one for several weeks now and when i click on 'continue' on link decoder nothing happens, doesnt take me to any page, anything.
    All my antivirus are off so i coukd download it, i dont know whats happening or if im doing smth wrog :ccc pls help!!

  2. Hi! For some reason my game keeps disabling my mods even after I enable them in the game options and restart. I've tried moving my mods folder to my desktop, starting the game and adding only some of my mods back in the new mods folder but the game still disables them. What could I do to fix this? 🙁

    1. Interesting. The game usually disables mods each time you update it, then you go back to the menu, re-enable mods, run the game again, it should work normally.

      Now, if it is not the case, perhaps you have some defective mod or CC?

      You can try to run the game without mods (or any CC) in the folder, enabling mods in the menu, restarting the computer. Then run the game again (also without mods) and see if the message appears. If the message doesn't appear when you have no mods or CC after doing that the problem is with your CC or Mods. Otherwise try The Sims 4 Validator and post the result from the validator as a reply to this comment 🙂

      1. Thank you for the quick reply 🙂 I did what you said and no, the message didn't pop up when I ran my game without mods or cc. But I don't think that my cc or mods are the problem because even if I put just one item of cc in my empty mods folder (e.g a hair) the game will still disable all mods and cc again. I'll post the results of the validator in a separate comment 🙂

          From the other reply of yours with the validator result I can see you're using a repack from another source, and that may be the cause, if it was modified from the original. Even the exe files are different, I hope you didn't get a virus or anything.

          1. Oh that's strange :/ I made a back up of my sims 4 folder in the directory before I updated it. If I delete the current one and just put in the one I had before (1.63.136.1010) would that fix it?

        2. Please move this entire folder somewhere else in your computer, since you likely have a bunch of versions together mixed and matched from different sources with different compilations.

          If you can, use The Sims 4 All in One Automatic [Nifty Knitting]

          If you can't, use The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle All in One Portable 1.63.136.1010 [Including June 10th Patch] then update it with The Sims 4 July 2020 Update Only 1.64.84.1020 [Requires All in One 1.63.136.1010]

          Sorry it will take you a while to download everything and do that, but that's the only thing I can think of to (hopefully) solve your problem properly 😇

  3. Hi, i'm having a problem with the download, for some reason the orangeemu64.dll file is in a .zip folder protected by password, and even if i download from the internet, the game won't open, saying the file is corrupted.I've tried downloading again, do you know why?

    1. Hi! Please ignore that file, it should not even be there to start with, I don't remember the password and I can't find it, sorry. I tried a few passwords but none of them work.

      This is an update only version and it requires to have a previous All in One working normally, or it won't work, as stated on my warnings.

      You need to have 1.63.136.1010 already running (with the orangeemu64.dll file there). It was not included in the update only version because it stayed the same since many updates ago, sorry.

  4. Hi! First of all, thanks for the update! But I have a problem in my game. I don't know if anyone has experienced this too, but it won't let me place anything or change the door in the apartment in Evergreen Harbor that has a balcony. It says that I cannot make changes outside of my property. And the same thing happens in most parts of the 702 Zenview apartment. It has happened since I downloaded Eco livestyle (although I hadn't built in that zenview apartment before, so maybe that bug has always been there for me), and I thought that it happened to everyone and would get fixed in one of the updates, but it hasn't. I'm not sure what I should do about it, or if I'm the only one having this particular issue, I'd really appreciate some advise

    1. Hi. As far as I remember The Sims 4 is quite hard for you to change things outside of your apartment and even some things inside your apartment can't be easily changed without cheats. There are cheats for some things, but I don't remember being able to change the entire building, for example, like we could on Sims 3, but I did not play enough. Please do some investigating and let us know, we can always learn these tricks 😉

Well, the thing is that in those specific apartments I can't change areas inside of them, the balcony is supposed to be a part of the apartment, and I've seen other people online using them, but it doesn't let me do it. Also, if i press "bulldoze lot" the floor dissapears and there's nothing I can do anymore. I only happens in those two apartments, I think. In terms of cheats, I don't think there's one that would allow you to change the whole apartment build, sadly (the bb.enablefreebuild doesn't work in apartments), but I think there are mods for that, if anyone's interested. Anyway, if I don't find a way to solve it, I guess I'll download the whole game again and see if that works, even though that takes about 10 hours to do. Thanks anyway!

I finally found out what was happening: in the 702 zenview apartment, the problem seems to be the stairs of the apartment next door, if you delete it or move it somewhere else, the apartment 702 works just fine. The one on Evergreen Harbor, sadly, can't be fixed, they made the balcony untouchable in the finished version, although we could see youtubers building in it in the alpha version, but there were some major glitches and they finally decided to leave it out of the apartment in buildmode, or so I've read online. So that's the explanation, just in case anyone's having the same problem

  7. Hi, my game isnt working. My game is saying that the contents of my user data director are from a newer version of the sims 4 and cannot be loaded. It's telling me to update my game via orgin to play and gives me an error code?

      1. It’s been doing that before this patch came out . I downloaded the eco lifestyle all in one and it was fine until about a week or two ago. I tried to delete the game and download it back , tried to download this update . Should I delete origin? I’m not subscribed to yandex for automatic

        1. No need.

          Well, The Sims 4 Automatic is current, so that's the ideal solution for your problem.

          What you can try to do (please keep a backup of your saves and mods/cc, just in case) is to rename the file "\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\GameVersion.txt" to GameVersionDisabled.txt or something like that each time you get the error (which will happen whenever you play with a new version, then go back to an older one).

    So i'm not sure if this is the right place to ask these questions but how do you play online? I saw it says that at the bottom of the download but i'm a bit slow with technology. Is there a tutorial on how to play online?

    1. To access the on line gallery you need to run Origin's version (Directly from EA). Modded versions can't log in to their servers.

      You can have two versions of the game on the same computer. One plain (Origin) to access the gallery, another(s) modded to play later on off line.

      1. Not for the first month. First 2 weeks, Automatic Exclusive. Another two weeks, uTip Donations (just 1 Euro). After those four weeks, we'll see, probably when there's a new version of the game the previous one becomes free and so on. I had to do is because I am really in need for the support, sorry (ad revenue plummeted because of COVID). 😟

  15. You can play with the version before the last. The latest versions will be for supporters only from now on. First Premium Subscriber 🥰 with The Sims 4 All in One Automatic. A week or two later, a uTip donation only version for Update Only & All in One. Then, once a new release comes up, the one right before it becomes free. I really need the support right now, plus I feel obliged to give as much as I can to my beloved supporters. Otherwise I would have had to stop this, sorry.
