I really don't feel like that's fair. It's a monthly subscription. One charge should be good for a full month. And if you're going to arbitrarily revoke privileges like that, why would I pay again? If this can't be rectified I'm afraid I have no choice but to request a refund through PayPal. I surely don't want to, I appreciate the work you do here and am all for contributing what I can, but not if those contributions are lacking in the security of their purchase like this.

I already spent too much time with this situation. I am here to help people who truly want to support the hard work I do alone through recurring monthly subscriptions, you're clearly not interested in it.
Again, a monthly subscription implies that one payment garentees one month. If that is not how you're going to operate, then I'd recommend changing your phrasing and making your intentions clearer. I told you that I was willing to pay monthly if this could be resolved, but if you deem talking to customers about their concerns a waste of your time, then I am no longer interested. I am sorry, but I am getting too many requests from people wanting "free" or "discount" or exceptions. Some services, when you cancel, will cut you off instantly, others will give you 30 days per payment, I tried to bet in between. You made a single donation, you got one version of the game, you cancelled, your account expired before the next version was available, since you already took enough benefit from it.
I am a single person with health issues working all my waking hours on this to make it work, I have to concentrate my energy on people who appreciate my work and who want to support me, not just come, grab whatever they feel like, run away.
Before I could count on the help of ad revenue, but since this virus situation ad revenue keeps getting more dismal each day.
I am not selling a product or service here. Whatever I provide to people is a way to thank my supporters for their donations.
I understand your perspective, and I think you make a valid point, but I need to concentrate the energy I have available to do things that will help me keep the site up and running. Can't have a bunch of people coming and going, it takes me a good amount of effort to process each new or cancelled user, and that's only worth if the person is looking forward staying and not leaving. When you subscribe to a service you leave when you don't like the product. You did not like the product, therefore you cancelled your subscription. I gave you a full refund.
The benefits are here to people who appreciate what I do and are willing to stay with me, month after month. I hope you understand my perspective.

Ah! You need to uninstall Yandex Disk App first, then you can delete all files, then you can install Yandex Disk App again.

Sometimes their service doesn't send the email invitations (as it should), then you need follow the instructions closely to have access. Please, let me know if anything goes wrong, so I can do my best to assist you ð
The instructions on how to Install The Sims 4 are on https://thesimarchitect.com/the-sims-4-free-anniversary-all-in-one-portable-1-61-15-1020/4/ and you need to follow them as well, ESPECIALLY THE PART RELATED TO YOUR ANTI VIRUS BEFORE YOU START DOWNLOADING anything, or your anti virus (including Windows Defender, which comes with Windows) may remove a few important files and break your game. The large "image" on the top of the page is a video tutorial, which you can follow if you like. You can dismiss the parts that involve torrenting, since you're downloading the files directly using Yandex Disk.
