I just payed for a premium subscription but the page to connect it to an account bugged out and I was unable to create an account to link the payment to. I already have an account (the one I am leaving this comment on) and my PayPal is showing the payment was already taken out is there anyway I can get premium access on my account or did I lose my money

And no, you didn't lose your money. I always find a way to prevent you all from losing money (except for fees and taxes, sometimes, which I have no control off, but I also pay them out of my own pocket sometimes, like I just did in your case).
I saw you cancelled your subscription too, so it only made sense to refund you, since you didn't benefit at all ð
Is there anyway I can upgrade this account I am commenting with currently that way I ensure the right account gets upgraded (which is what I intended on doing but messed up :/ )
Oh no, it's ok. You can visit the premium access page again and subscribe again there if you want (keep in mind that yearly subscriptions involve a higher payment upfront but they're much cheaper if you intent to stay a subscriber for a longer amount time), then I can always link the two things manually whenever necessary ð

You already have access to the server (and it's already accepted).
You need to be sure all icons are green [ https://thesimarchitect.com/the-sims-4-all-in-one-automatic/#RedIcons ]
and that you're not using mods/cc that could be incompatible.
I have deleted all of my CC and since there's no task manager bar since I removed them from que a long time ago so I tried 'keeping online only' method,
but an error keeps appears saying "These files are not yet synced to the cloud. If you do not want to upload them, then move them from the Yandex.Disk folder"
So I removed the file from the Yandex.Disk folder, add it back in, and it still has the red icon. Should I just reinstall everything?
Makes sense.
Those files are files that were modified by you or a mod you used in the past. You can delete those files (nothing else I know would work, but only delete those specific files that you can't keep on line only to avoid breaking sync) and hopefully you'll get all files green.
Otherwise you'd have to redownload everything. ð

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! Your payment was due on July 5th, but there was a problem with its processing and the system demoted you automatically because of it. When your payment happened on a latter date I wasn't notified about it and the system doesn't have a way to fix it, so you need to message me like you just did, that way I can manually update your information.
