Hello I've just subscribed for the first time to this site, I had a few questions and was wondering if someone could help answer, thanks in advance!
I miss typed my username due to excitement and was wondering if a mod or site owner could just add a p in Sleepy, this will bother my ocd, if possible at all. Secondly, any time I click on links it keeps telling me to upgrade even though I did pay the fee , it'll tell me to fill out the information each time, yet I'm still logged in. Thanks so much for any help!
Hi! You created two accounts. The one you used to type this question does not have a p and is not upgraded. The one with the correct user name is working normally and is upgraded. You need to log out and log in again with the correct user and password, then everything should work as expected. I also emailed you on the email provided when you registered for the other account. Hello! Thanks for reaching out and for being a long time supporter! It doesn't show up as if you resubscribed (or anything, it's showing up as if you cancelled last month), though. At least not on Patreon, not since January (you need to resubscribe there, by the way, it seems your subscription was finalized before February, so you need to choose an active tier). Of course, if you prefer, you can subscribe by using one of the options above, since it's cheaper (specially if you're not in the EU, there's only tax for EU residents on direct subscriptions via Stripe, PayPal charges it and I can only change it manually later if your PayPal address isn't in the EU as well). Unless you have more than a Patreon account and I am seeing the wrong one, of course.
