Spark'd Season One has come to an end, Spark'd Wedding Destination Challenge submissions have closed and you have picked your favorites, and we released the community voted pack - Nifty Knitting. Now we find ourselves here with a small update to tackle some issues including those that you reported to us after Nifty Knitting released.

Fixes

Sims 4

We have once again vanquished yet another villainous version of Error Code 134. This time it is Error Code 134:64b8a94a, distant cousin of the original Error Code 134. What is Error 134? Baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me… no more.

Fixed an issue related to curvature points on Roofs. They should work better now.

Controller layout screens have been updated to reflect the additional controls used in the Spark’d Challenges tabs in The Gallery. So many buttons, so much to see and do.

Fixed an issue that generated an error message when submitting an item to Spark’d Challenges from Player’s catalog.

Cats & Dogs

Retrained our good Doggos and Cattos so that they can eat also not on command. So they will no longer eat only when they are told. Give them all the treats anyway - they are such good bois and girls!

Eco Lifestyle

Fixed an issue where NPC Sims would continuously steal objects from Lots without having the Kleptomaniac Trait. They were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. 🤣

Fixed an issue in ‘Green’ Lots that did not allow Aurora Borealis and other phenomena to display. I’m glad we fixed this, now enjoy what nature has to offer.

Dine Out

Fixed an issue that made some drinks and food options be duplicated, or go missing, on restaurants’ menus. I’m all for more of everything, but this seemed a bit extreme, though double coffees… mmm coffee…

Nifty Knitting

Fixed an issue that prevented PlayStation 4 and macOS players from applying the unlockbytag SP17 successfully. All the knits belong to you.
Sims will no longer constantly knit autonomously. Ok now, we know knitting is wonderful, but there IS a thing like too much knitting. distant chants of ‘That’s right!’

Xbox One

  1. Hey, I have downloaded the all in one Portable 1.65.77.1020 and installed everything but when I try to launch the game, it shows an error, saying that this is of the newer version of the sims and that I have to update it through origin. My sims game is updated on origin

    1. That's the issue. The current version is 1.66.139 instead, but it's available on The Sims 4 All in One Automatic and it includes Star Wars.

      The one you got is outdated (I tried my best to warn people across the post you're commenting on about the fact, the warning this version is outdated is at the very top) and available to people who do not want to subscribe to premium access or that want to play the version before the Star Wars patch.

      Now, you have to options, or you use The Sims 4 All in One Automatic which is up to date, or you delete the file "\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\GameVersion.txt" and play with it, but you run at a risk of having corrupt files if you try to mix and match saves across versions.

  6. Hi! I was wondering if the 1.65.77.1020 version with the 18th august patch will be available publicly to update the game from the 1.65.70.1020 version (nifty nitting) separated from the all in one, just so that we don't have to download the whole game again. Thanks in advance!

  9. Wasn't there a way to download the All In One Portable without a donation? Because I was really looking forward to downloading the game again but I can't now, even though this is where I got it last time I downloaded it..

    1. The previous version yes. This one and the next one(s) not yet. I am organizing everything in cycles, so you'll have 1st tier (new releases Sims 4 All in One Automatic Exclusives; 2nd tier, immediate previous version, uTip donation, Torrent; 3rd tier, previous versions, public release 😇

      Timing may change now and then according to the amount of donations I receive, but I feel that this is what I am doing from now on.

    1. Yes, you do it normally as you would with any other version of the game.

      Now, to access the gallery from within the game you need to be running Origin's version at the moment you download what you want, then you can close it and run the modded version off line as usual and the previously downloaded content will be there waiting for you.
