FIXES & UPDATES
The Sims 4
- Fixed an issue where macOS Simmers could crash when accessing The Gallery.
- Fixed an issue where Nice or High Quality harvestables would disappear from Sims’ inventories after Travel or Save/Load.
- We attempted to track down the lost harvestables that are currently lost, but found they were lost and unfindable. It’s findings like this that we find we are at a loss of words for, however any future loss should not be found.
- Fixed an issue where Freelancer Career tasks would not complete after Sims would Travel.
- Sims that were seated at a 6 seat round table can now Clean up the dishes.
- Sadly, all the children who had thought they had found the magic loophole, stay seated at the table, are no longer…
- ...right… like any kid ever stays seated at the table.

- Child Sims will be now able to enjoy Quick Meals again!
- Who doesn’t enjoy a good bowl of cereal?
- Fixed an issue where Sims didn’t write a genre book when “Write Genre Book” was selected.
- Multiple duplicate interactions should no longer appear in pie menus when you have certain objects in your inventory.
- Some example interactions that were reported: “Play Fetch”, ”Give Potion”, “Blackmail”, “Scan Here”. The LastException related to this issue should also be fixed.
- The Jet Set Luxury Bath (bathtubJetsGEN_01) was listed as being Unbreakable when that wasn't true.
- It's now truly Unbreakable!
- David was also supposed to be Unbreakable… but… spoilers… he broke.
- Speaking of Unbreakable, we fixed an issue with Hot Tubs and Stereos where unbreakable upgrades would not work if these objects were in use when upgrading them.
- Obviously there was an issue with the hot tub… water is the weakness.
- Fixed an issue in which some Sims could stand on, or walk through solid objects.
- Specifically Baby Bassinets… babies were becoming quite paranoid they weren’t actually Sims...
- Adding a Sim to an existing household via the Create a Sim Stories feature will no longer subtract Simoleons from the household.
- You can now extinguish a fire, even if the fire is within another object.
- This could occur if a large object caught fire. You would have to wait until the fire spread outside the bounds of the large object in order to extinguish it.

- Sims can now Scrap the unfinished paintings of visiting Sims.
- Light intensity will no longer reset when setting Auto Lights options.
- Fixed an issue which made the item Tiny Globe & Sycee of the Prosperous Moon appear twice in Build Mode.
- Half Walls toppers can now be applied to half walls on all levels of your lot.

- Fixed an issue that caused Lots downloaded from The Gallery to be placed backwards and not being able to rotate them to an appropriate view.
- Households downloaded from The Gallery should now have their starting funds set to the correct amount, and not just the base 20,000 Simoleons.
- Child Sims will no longer receive Whims related to workouts.
- Fixed an issue that did not allow Nordic keyboards for macOS to use the Size Down Cheat.
- Fixed an issue where Error code 102:70c7f9a6 would occur when loading into Lots after loading a saved game.
- Walls no longer will disappear when Taking a Photo in a Basement level room that does not have a staircase.
- Bookshelves will no longer have the option to purchase University books if you do not own Discover University.
- Sims will no longer flicker on and off the landing pad, when in the Rocket Ship using the WooHoo or Try for Baby interactions.
- Sims in the Supreme Villain career working on the mischief interaction task can now use the Slablet to Troll teh Forums to complete the task.
- Ah, you crazy supreme villains and your trolling ways. So eeeeevil.
- Addressed some UI issues in Create a Sim that occurred after modifying the scaling option in the Accessibility options.
- Lots and rooms with modded paintings will now be flagged as Custom Content when uploading to The Gallery
- Small rugs can no longer be placed over the cutouts created by stairs.
- Using Ctrl + U to reset your UI Scaling while you have the UI Scaling window open, will now properly reset the scale bar.
- Caterer Sims will now be able to make a Cake and complete their Party event goals.

You just click on the watch articles thing. Linkvertise was only used on G4TW releases though, and the one you're commenting on is outdated already, you might prefer to use the latest The Sims 4 Tiny Living All in One Portable and install it from scratch.

Hi, can I ask why the application icon of the sims 4 keep disappearing after a few time I play? I'm asking this is because of this the second time the icon disappears and it makes me unable to play the game because of the application icon or file disappear. The first time the icon disappears after I play for a few times, I thought I accidentally delete the icon or something but when I download the whole file then play it for the second time it happened again the icon/file application gone. Please help me, I need so help here. (sorry in advance if I have any grammar mistake in my comment)
If the application icon disappears you just need to create it again by opening the folder where the game is installed etc.
i dont have any cc or mods, i couldnt reply for some reason- the only way to fix that is to toggle the expansion packs and then open which doesnt turn off any of the active expansion packs . also i seem to be missing university for some reason :\\
Ah! You're running the legacy version (32 bits) and not the 64 bits, which includes University.

I tried to re-download the game again (1.59.73.1020 all in one portable baby yoda) but why does the link only provide 6.06 Gb of the update and no longer is the full portable game (~44 Gb) anymore? Hello, I ran into a lot of errors in the game after downloading using your method (overrides the old game files to save download time). I can’t right click sim anymore, and when I click “needs” nothing shows up. Activity queue is also blank. In CAS most thumbnails have a green overlay on top of it so I can’t see what the pictures are.etc ... so I hope you can make a tutorial on how to download and install for people who already have the previous update (example : strangerville) without having to re-download the entire 44Gb of newest update. Thank you so much! Now I have to delete everything since it’s not working.
Sorry to hear that. You can also try to disable all mods and CC to see if any of those are the cause of your issue.

I downloaded everything and I installed the game just fine, I opened it and I played, creating a house and a big family, though after I quit the game and saved I tried to re-open it, and it got stuck on the loading screen, it didn't froze, it just kept loading and loading, I would really appreciate some help to fix this :((

You need to download it from The Sims 4 1.59.73.1020 All in One Portable Including December 2019 Update [Baby Yoda] Perhaps you want to follow the update procedure there if you want to download faster and only the files that are broken. Of course, check if you don't have any mod or CC that could be broken first.
Hello, So i downloaded this. I did everything the video said i have to do put when i start up the game, it tells me "The code excution connot proceed because OrangeEmu65.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Do i have to reinstall it? if so, how should i reinstall it? Do everything over again?
No, you need to check your anti virus history/quarantine, since it likely removed the modded file mentioned in the error message.

Right now, only Virtual Machines. I have an older PC that I want to try to install Mac OS in. If it works and I am able to learn how to use it, I might also be able how to make the game work directly on MacOS as well, then I will likely release specific posts for it (I really want to, we'll see what happens in 2020)
Hello, I am not able to use Codex or the gallery. Should I be able to use them with the all in one version? I currently have the University all in one and will be trying to update it with this new Yoda one
Hi. The gallery won't work in the off line version, sorry. You need to download things manually and install them yourself, please look into the Games4TheWorld Club for more information. We used to have an off line gallery but it's not working currently.
Hi, first of all thank you for your work and website! Have used your files for a few months now and they always work.
However, this time around, I'm running into some trouble.
I downloaded the Anadius repack first, then de-installed it, and tried yours again. They have the same problem though: the UI is glitching. It only happens to the Career/student and Simology tabs, and also glitches everytime I want to travel/order books/medicine/seeds. It's really preventing me from enjoying and playing the game.

Thanks for your message! Do you have Mods / Custom Content? That is usually the cause after you update the game, some mods become incompatible and need to be updated individually as well.

You might have issues because of the RAM, but it might work slowly, maybe? It would be ideal to have 16 GB (at least 8GB) of RAM in your system and a discrete graphics card, of course, but you might get away playing with it if you have enough free space in your drive.
