NOTE 2: *IMPORTANT* Prior to installing this new update, DELETE or RENAME your "Game" subfolder, inside your installation path of The Sims 4. The subfolder is a little more than 300MB in size.
NOTE 3: Due to the new fix, the method of language change is also different now. During our testing, we found ourselves unable to change the in-game display language by means of the codex.cfg file, however, changing the language works if you change the registry manually. To help ease you into this 'area' we provided individual .reg (registry) files, for each language. We VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND - for the time being at least - that all of you choose a language that you want to play the game in. Open the folder of the language that you chose, inside "# Language Registry Files". Once you have chosen a language, please double-click on the .reg file that is inside in the folder. Ignore the warning and import the registry entry.
Note: if you have imported the registry files, from one of the previous updates, you do not need to import them again, here.

i also have problems whit the cc. where shuld i put them exactly ? there's no '' mods'' file, like in the original game... should i create one and put cc there or there is another way to do it?? thank you!
There's a folder inside Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 for that (to install mods and CC). It is created after you run the game for the first time.

For some reason I can't comment on the "All in one" post (it says I need to login but, as you can see, I am logged in) so I am commenting on this post, even though my question relates to the "All in on" download. Have anyone managed to get the "All in one" download to work with a Windows Emulator? I always used Wine for the previous downloads but that only works for 32 bit versions. If anyone could tell med which emulator they use and what settings they use to make it work, that would be great.

So... It seems that you might be able to use boot camp to have a multi boot environment on your Mac. I am not sure how it works because I never had a Macintosh, sorry, but maybe someone who reads this can give us some ideas?

That's an old version of the game, the current one is 1.58.69 as you can see on the topic's title. You did not update your game properly, that's why you're having issues.
You need to install the All in One Version below from scratch on an empty folder, follow all the procedure and ask for someone near you to help if you have issues.

Heyy, i got the downloads and everything i needed to do, when i run The Sims i get this error ''Unable to start, the contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your Game via Origin to play'' the error code says ''[d6f91ffb:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b]'' What do i do?
You are trying to run an outdated version of the game with a save that was created with a newer version.
You can also try deleting the file
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\GameVersion.txtand seeing if it works well, but check that the version of the game is the latest at the bottom of your starting screen (1.58.69.1010).I have all the game packs installed. And I followed the instructions included in this download. It said there that I need the Discover University Pack. I understand that this is an update only. Where can I find the Discover University patch?

Now, about assisting you personally, I am sad to inform it's not possible for me to do it. You need to get someone in your family or a close friend to help you in person if you find yourself unable to do it, and I'd strongly advise you to do that to avoid doing anything wrong on your computer.
I downloaded this and have the base game from g4tw but it says that I need to connect to download.

None of the expansion packs seem to work. It says to connect online or stay offline, but it won't connect online ( vpn and without). I was only able to play the base game with the added stuff though. Please help.
You are likely playing with the origin version, not this one. This version is supposed to be Off Line only, you can't connect to the on line gallery or use Origin with it.

I feel so sad because i couldn't play the game yet.
I downloaded all in one pack via torrent and i did created a destination folder like you said “D:\Program Files\The Sims 4” then i run as administrator. Also this is the first time i have this game on my pc so there are no existing files.

i just downloaded the all in one portable but i have origins base game, the no-origin-fix.rar has a password,what should i do?
You don't need to use the no origin fix because you are running the all in one, which has everything out and ready to use. You just have to make sure it's on a separate folder from the Origin version of the game and play from there without Origin running in the background.

You're commenting on the Update Only page, which has the version that requires you to have the previous All in One or another off line version of the game already installed with Discover University.
I have backed up all my sims 4 files and allowed the game to reset. So I’m clear of all mods and cc. But I’m still getting crashes.
Sorry to hear that. Maybe a new installation of the All in One below, from scratch, might help? Remember that if you run the 32 bit version the folder inside Documents is different as well. Also, try to open the config file after running the game once (even if it crashes) and changing the line related to windowed mode so it runs the game NOT in full screen. Video card drivers might need to be updated as well as an alternative fix. Short of that and checking that your anti virus did not remove any file, I really don't know what would be next.
