The video above was made originally for an earlier update, but the procedure is still the same.
5. Now that you finished your download, follow the instructions from the official Games4TheWorld guide below [just note that the game should be always inside "C:\Program Files\The Sims 4" unless you have a reason to place it somewhere else, so take that into consideration and make the proper corrections if using the instructions below] and/or my video above. You can use this update with my previous repack and also Anadius' Discover University.
The Sims 4: Update [Version 184.108.40.2060] - Installation Guide NOTE 1: We recommend that you have The Sims 4 installed already, plus the Games4theworld releases listed down below, and in that particular order. => The Sims 4 [Base Game] => The Sims 4: Get to Work => The Sims 4: Get together => The Sims 4: City Living => The Sims 4: Toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff (The Sims 4 Update version 220.127.116.110) => The Sims 4: Parenthood => The Sims 4: Fitness Stuff => The Sims 4: Toddlers Stuff => The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs => The Sims 4: Laundry Day Stuff => The Sims 4: Jungle Adventure => The Sims 4: My First Pet Stuff => The Sims 4: Seasons => The Sims 4: Get Famous => The Sims 4: Update 18.104.22.1680 => The Sims 4: Strangerville => The Sims 4: Island Living => The Sims 4: Moschino Stuff => The Sims 4: Realm of Magic => The Sims 4: Discover University NOTE 2: *IMPORTANT* Prior to installing this new update, DELETE or RENAME your "Game" subfolder, inside your installation path of The Sims 4. The subfolder is a little more than 300MB in size. NOTE 3: Due to the new fix, the method of language change is also different now. During our testing, we found ourselves unable to change the in-game display language by means of the codex.cfg file, however, changing the language works if you change the registry manually. To help ease you into this 'area' we provided individual .reg (registry) files, for each language. We VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND - for the time being at least - that all of you choose a language that you want to play the game in. Open the folder of the language that you chose, inside "# Language Registry Files". Once you have chosen a language, please double-click on the .reg file that is inside in the folder. Ignore the warning and import the registry entry. Note: if you have imported the registry files, from one of the previous updates, you do not need to import them again, here. NOTE 4: Always remember, if you are unsure about the exact installation procedure/order of Games4theworld's The Sims 4 torrents, make sure to check back under the Forum topic here, which gets updated every time a new The Sims 4 update is released: https://www.games4theworld.club/t21806-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-4-correctly NOTE 5: Credits for providing the No-Origin modded files go to the group CODEX. The actual game update and language strings were extracted from an Origin-based copy of the "normal" version of The Sims 4. Games4theworld 'merely' repacks those updates and provides Support on the G4TW Forums.
