How to download and install The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle 1.63.136.1020 and run it from any computer, with or without internet access. It's patched and available RIGHT NOW!

To download the latest Sims 4 All in One Portable, which you can run anywhere, you have two choices. One is to use a Peer to Peer Client (Torrenting), the other is by subscribing to The Sims 4 Automatic (more information HERE).

Thank you for your reports and assistance in tracking down these issues:
- Fixed a crash that occurred when loading some households.
- Fixed Error Code 134:368f1773:b4bcf72 preventing some saves from loading.
- Fixed Error Code 109:e56fc6bb:dc1a1b58 preventing some households from loading for Simmers who do not have Get Famous installed.
- Changed one of the patterns of a women’s sweater in Eco Lifestyle (yfTop_EP09SweaterCropPrint_Brand).
- Edited the description of the Footloose Beverage Bodega in all languages.
- Restored the missing texture of wall hanging decoration Roman Temple Architectural Study.

On this tutorial I will show you how you can download, for free, the portable version of The Sims 4 with all content already organized in a single package (hence why it's called All in One), so you can install the game anywhere you'd like, even on a USB drive (provided it's fast and resilient enough, I don't recommend using memory cards for that purpose).

  1. hi! i just downloaded and everything is working fine, except that some of the textures from the simology and work tab seem to be kinda wonky (even with no cc installed). i'm not sure how to post a picture here so here's a link to two screenshots i took thank you!

    edit: turns out i had forgotten i had a script mod in my previous sims 4 folder and removing it fixed it lmao

    1. Hi! It sounds you might be running the legacy edition instead of the regular one, that's why. The game exe is C:\Program Files\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\TS4_x64.exe if you followed my tutorial. Make the necessary adjustments if you used a different folder 😉

    I have been having problems with my game. When I try to click on a household, it glitches. Also I have a copy of my old mods folder in documents and deleted the original one. Any advice on what is going on?

  5. Hi. So halfway into the download my windows firewall blocked something. now every time I try to load the game I get this error. how do I fix it???

    1. Oh?

      Your Anti Virus (Windows Defender) needs to be handled according to the instructions in the tutorial, so you can both download all files and also set them up.

      Now, besides that, if you have a newer version (Origin, for example) you'll get the error you show when going back a version number, which could be this case.

      The All in One is 1.63.136 and the current Origin version is 1.64.84 (and so The Sims 4 All in One Automatic [1.64.84.1020] or the optional The Sims 4 July 2020 Update Only 1.64.84.1020 [Requires All in One 1.63.136.1010] if you already have 1.63.136 working properly.

      1. I followed the instructions but when I click on Virus and threat protection i see my avast anti virus. I dont see what you have in your tutorial. But I feel its better that i become i premium subscriber as I have the basegame on origin. Thank you for your help

  6. Hi!I have a problem with my game.It opens as normal but after I play it a little bit it freezes and I can't do anything except reset my laptop.I deleted the game and then reinstalled it but it still has the same issue.

    1. Hi. You can use the Update method that's in the instructions at the post you are commenting on, that way you can reuse any files you already own and Tixati will only replace and add what needs to bring you up to date.

  9. I downloaded the game, it's working, but it's the game version 1.63.136.1510. It doesn't have Discover University, nor Tiny Living and no Eco Lifestyle. Is there something I can do to update the game?
    The game is working all right, but it doesn't have those packs and I was really looking forward to play with them.

        1. No, you don't need Origin.

          The message is displayed usually when you have files inside your documents that are from a newer version than the one you're currently running (as it says). Did you download any save/mod/cc from the internet or did you run the game from Origin on the same computer?

          1. Hi, I have the same issue... I tried running the game without my cc and it didn't work either. Also I do have the Origin version on my computer.

            1. Yes, that's what happens when you update the game on Origin but play with an earlier version. You can try deleting the file "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\GameVersion.txt", which will let you play, but if you open a saved game from a higher version with an older one you may run into issues. The best solution is still to update your game by using The Sims 4 All in One Automatic [1.64.84.1020], which is the latest available and the same as the one you get from Origin.

          2. I use to run Origin on the same computer, and I also happen to have mods. Shoul I delete them or the Electronic Arts althogether?

            1. No, the problem is that Origin's version (and also The Sims 4 All in One Automatic [1.64.84.1020] is 1.64.84.1020.

              The one you downloaded using torrents is on version 1.63.136.1010, that's why it is not working properly.

              There's a file you can delete to trick the system, but you may corrupt your saves if you open a save created with a new version on an older one, so it's not advised.

              You'll need to use The Sims 4 All in One Automatic [1.64.84.1020] or you need to rename your current folder and play with the old version until the new one comes up as a torrent in about two weeks.

        1. This is really weird! Since you're likely running the 64 bit version (otherwise you're missing orangeemu.dll on your Legacy Edition folder) everything should be fine. I wonder if anybody who can read us here had the same issue and how they fixed it...

  14. my game is glitching out a lot - when I go out of build mode I can only move around the lot, but nothing else appears - not the time panel, not the settings, nothing. it happens everytime I go out of build mode. also the moodlets disappear after coming back from CAS, and the symology tab is also glitched out. there's many other glitches as well 🙁 is there any way to fix that?

  15. am i supposed to use the sims downloaded from origin? I noticed in the tutorial you already had a program file for the sims 4 so I just wanted to make sure.

So, I had installed already on my computer the previous version of All in One (it was the one from May, I think) and today I wanted just to install the Eco Lifestyle so i did what you said to copy from there to there and it was all fine, then i wanted to play. I runned as administrator, the game opens, it shows the first two animations but then it stops at the one with "2017 Electronic Arts Inc.". If I minimize the game these two text boxes appear. I'm mentioning that i don't even have Origin installed. Please help!:))

      1. Sorry it took so long, but I didn't had time to try. I don't have Origin installed, that's why it was strange for me it opened up that text box. Anyway, this is the result I got from the validator:

        1. OK, it seems you're missing those files

          ep09/worlds/areas/ep09_industrial_01.world
          ep09/worlds/areas/ep09_innercity_01.world
          ep09/worlds/areas/ep09_suburbs_01.world

          You can start downloading the missing files from the torrent (you can use the All in One to do it) and place them where they belong.

          After that, you can erase those "Unknown files", since you don't need them 😉

          Try running the game again after you fix it and let me know what happens.

      2. Also, while I was having a full mental breakdown two week ago, I decided to download the full torrent, all the files. And just now I opened it directly from where it downloaded and it's working and I even have my save files...I was like..ok...strange.

        1. Oh! Nice!!!! Yes, that's supposed to happen, it's portable, it runs from anywhere, including your torrent folder! So you better scrape the other one that's not working well and copy the one from the torrents folder into your Program Files folder.

          Your saves, mods and custom content always go inside your Documents folder, therefore they're shared by any version of The Sims 4 you run on the same computer while logged in with the same user name (the save folder changes if you switch the language or use the Legacy Edition only).

  17. Hi, I downloaded the new updated sims 4, but my mods folder does not show up in the new sims4 folder, but i have it in the old sims4 folder. I started my game twice but it still don't have the mods and tray folder in the new sims4 folder. What can i do?

    1. Funny. It should show up normally if you're playing on the same computer, since the folder is the same Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 (it only changes if you log into your computer with a different Windows user).

      Also, you need to re-enable mods after each update.

  18. Hi, I downloaded this and everything works fine except that Windenburg is missing in the worlds section even though I have Get Together installed,anyone know why?

      1. I ran the validator and read the results,re-downloaded the said Unknown Files,It was missing some EP2 files. And now Windenburg appears. Thanks 🙂

  19. Hi. I already have the game with Origin when I downloaded this one. Is there a way I can transfer my saved game into this repack? How?

    1. Yes! You dont need to do anything if you're using the same computer. Whichever saves you have from either game will be seen by the other, because the saves, mods and CC are all stored inside Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
