  1. hi so every time i try to run the program it says: the contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of the sims 4 and cannot be loaded. please update your game via origin to play. i don't know how to fix this i also re-downloaded everything but it still doesn't work.

    1. The version you're commenting on it outdated, do you have it already installed or are you using an older one? The latest is 1.62 but if you already have the one you're commenting on you can download the update only version, if using an older version you need the All in One.

  3. Hi, so basically i downloaded it again and and error pops up and says "the execution cannot proceed because OrangeEmu64.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." so what should i do?

    1. Your anti virus removed a couple of files, you need to open it and allow/restore. Also add the folder where your game is downloaded to and where it runs from to your anti virus real time protection exclusion, so it does not happen again.

        1. Windows comes with Windows Defender, which is its own anti virus, my tutorial shows what to do (the first part on top is a video). Now that the files are removed you will have to open windows defender and restore/allow any quarantined/removed files that are in the game's folder to make it work.

  4. Hi so i managed to download the 2013 file but when i went to download 2015 it said another version of this product is already installed installation of this version cannot continue. what do i do?

      1. okay thanks im in the game now works perfect thanks a lot for the help. Do I add my own mods folder in there or how do I add mods?

    1. Well, the description of the error is self explanatory, sadly there's a problem with your download, you likely missed files or something went wrong while you were downloading. You need to check what happen to be sure you finish downloading everything before you can play. If you're using the same USB drive it must be defective. USB drives are NOT reliable as regular ones, sadly, specially if you're using flash memory like pen drives or memory cards (like those you use inside phones or cameras). I had multiple issues in the past trying to use them as a hard drive replacement (even expensive models).

      You might need to free up 50 GB in your internal hard drive to be able to download the files there, then you can play right on spot, since it's portable, no need to move or copy files after the download is finished.

      Can't just move from the pen drive to your hard drive though, since the error will be copied over, sadly.

  6. Hi um i just wanted to play sims 4 this morning and an error popped up and said something to do with reinstalling it and its worked every other time please help me im crying

    1. Your question is too generic for me to be able to guess what could be possibly happening, sorry. If you followed my tutorial to install you should kill origin on your task manager before playing, then you need to be sure you're running the file "C:\Program Files\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\TS4_x64.exe" to play.

  7. Hey, I've installed this version and everything works fine but I still have a question. Is there any way I can transfer my old save files from the game into this version? (I've had EA's "version" before, including a few packs) And if there's a way, does it also work for tray files that I'vehadin my game earlier? Help would be appreciated 🙂

    1. Hi! If your saves are already inside your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 there's nothing needed for you to do, they should be appearing on your modded version of the game. Yes, you should be able to use those tray files too.

      1. Unfortunately they still won't show up. I've read that pretty installed CC should also show up in the game but it doesn't. Any ideas?

            1. Yes. If you run the game on a different language it will have a different sims folder. Quite silly, but that's how they designed it. I really don't know why. You might have Die Sims 4 folder and The Sims 4 folder. Just check your files manually to fix them.

  11. I downloaded the game and it loads up and lets me play then after about 15-20 minutes it will just crash without saying any reason why theres not even a "sims 4 has stopped working" notice it just exits back to my desktop, I really need help please reply

    1. OK. How much RAM do you have? Are you running the 64 bits (normal one, not legacy), it should be better and it has the latest expansions too.

      Using any mods or CC?

      Try running the game in windowed mode and, depending on your specs, use Laptop Mode. Save your game every ten minutes or so, please.

      1. I am running the 64 bits and i do have cc in game but before i put in any cc the game had already crashed. But i will try your suggestions, thank you!

        1. Nice! You will likely find the right balance or, if you prefer to play with it all and the game keeps crashing, you can do what I used to when playing with Sims 3 on lower specs PCs, I'd use "Save As" every 7 minutes or so with a different game name.

  12. Hello! Hm I have a question, I already have The sims 4 from All in One (by Anadius) with the Realm of magic DLC, but I want to update to the last DLC, how can I do it? I need to download again all the game and dlc from this post and reinstall, or can I just download the content I want?
