Fixed an issue where custom text was not always displaying properly in-game.
Fixed an issue where NPC invites to festivals or to residences were sending Sims to an incorrect destination.
There is still a lingering issue regarding invites to events in Get Famous, such as the talent showcase, and celebrity sightings. We are continuing to investigate those for a future update.
Fixed an issue where Mac players on certain older versions of OS X were unable to launch the game. As a result, we rolled back a fix that was done for Mac players on 64-bit systems that eliminated a false error message which said, “The Sims 4 is not optimized for your Mac and needs to be updated.”

Interesting, I had never saw that before. It seems that it's very likely a problem with your graphics driver, so you need to download the latest version of the graphics driver manually from the manufacturer, then uninstall the current one and install the new after. Hopefully it helps.
Hi, I’m hoping I could get some help. I followed the instructions exactly and tried to run the game and it does but then crashes right after the EA logo without any error messages. Not sure what to do, the original game from origin than I installed runs flawless but this cracked version has that issue. Hoping someone can advice me?
Check your anti virus history and unblock if there's anything there in the game folder (or the torrent you downloaded). Run the game in windowed mode, you can change the settings.ini to do that, it's always better. Run The Sims 4 Validator to check if any file is missing. Sometimes it shows things like that. I only seed it myself when I have my computer on, but there should be many other people seeding it as well. It gets better after a while.

can I use mods on this version of the game, I have the base game from origin and this, I don't see a way of accessing the gallery or using mods
This version does not have on line access, so you need to use The Sims 4 Gallery instead.
You can install mods and CC normally by downloading them and placing them on the right folder like you'd do with an Origin version.

Hi, I tried following your instructions to download C++, starting with 2013, however it said "Setup Failed: 0x80070003 The system cannot find the path specified". I'm not sure what this means, but can I really not play the game if I don't have all three C++ installed? I can play my Origins version of Sims 4 just fine without having installed C++ beforehand.
If Origin's version is working on your machine this one will too, therefore you do not need to worry about installing Visual C on it, because it likely has it already.

step 4 says to install both 32 and 64 bits but I'm only seeing 64 and not 32 but instead 86. do I still install the 86?
I'm also having trouble where it won't allow me to install 64 in the 2013/2015 and 2017 folder... what should I do to fix the problem?

Ouch. Sad to hear that. Is the disk full? Check your anti virus, perhaps it's blocking something.

I don't know what to do, sorry. Check for your writing permissions, your anti virus settings (it might be removing a few of the files because it flags the unlocked version of the game as a false positive) and if you have space.
Can I download all the DLC to my origin base game?
Yes, you could, but then you would have to NOT run the game on origin anymore. It's wiser to have a separate folder for this version of the game.

No, it's made for Windows, sorry. You will need a Windows emulator on your Mac do use this version.
I like the idea of a portable version, but the included instructions say I have to install it to C:\Program Files\The Sims 4... so it's not really portable/independent of install path? I'd like to avoid C drive as it's a small ssd and I have a much larger D drive...
It is portable, you can install it anywhere you prefer. I just have that instruction to give a default location for people who'd like to have a "standard" installation, but the game should run no matter where you save it, as long as you have permission to modify and run files in the location, of course. It also works with USB drives.

On the disk size issue, you can use symbolic links for other software as well, if you want to make them think they are still in their original location. I have two SSDs and I moved some programs to the second one, then created a symbolic link pointing there. The system treats the new location as the old one and everything works well (I have Adobe software etc installed this way, because I moved it after installing).

Your browser should be showing you an ad page after you click on my link, but you should be getting the torrent automatically downloaded in your torrent client (Tixati, uTorrent, etc). Please check there and let me know if it starts downloading it or if you get a notification.
the no-origin-fix-1.51.77.1020. rar file aka the crack seems to be corrupted. it says the archive is either unknown format or damaged whenever i try to unzip it.
I don't know what could be wrong. I'd advise you to stop your torrent client, delete the file, open the torrent client and do a file verification, meaning your torrent client will check all your downloaded files and redownload the file you just deleted. Hopefully it solves your problem.
