  1. Hello, I installed this version and did, what I always did for it to work, but when I try to run tihs from icon in bin TS4_64 (which I always used) I have an error about commissioning impossible because of required data is missing or broken data, then origin running, and try to reinstall game.
    I currently had the version 1.64, so I wanted to download this and later the newest patch, but I didn't because of the error. I didn't have this thing earlier. What should I do?

    1. Possible issues:

      1. ALWAYS kill origin.exe on your Task Manager -> Details Tab before playing;

      2. Anti virus blocked/removed files: check history/quarantine on any anti virus (Windows Defender, Norton, etc);

      3. Problems with files broken/missing: Try The Sims 4 Validator and share your results as a comment / reply to this comment if anything wrong on the report;

      4. Something else, but then you need to try the first three steps above first.

  3. Hey, does i have to install "The Sims 4 July 2020 Update Only 1.64.84.1020 [Requires All in One 1.63.136.1010]" to have this Nifty Knitting Update? (Sorry i am not that good with this kind of thing)

      1. i'm on duty on an inland island where it's very much difficult to get a good internet, and i already had download "The Sims 4 Nifty Knitting Update Only 1.65.70.1020 [From Any All in One 1.63 or 1.64]" about 4 days long via torrent,
        and before i already play this version -> "The Sims 4 June 10th Update Only 1.63.136.1010 [Requires All in One 1.63.134.1020]"

        Maybe if i had finished my duty ( next year ) i gonna use the All in one automatic) 🙁 it such a pain where i lived now in island that dont even had wifi, so maybe i just play the recent game that i have. But anyway thankyou 🙂

  4. didn't have the chance to play the game after i updated it and today it said that apparently there's some update missing from the create a sim and my sim doesn't appear on the screen, even when i try to make a new one. i uninstalled the nifty knitting update (because it worked just fine before that) but turns out there's no more free update on the website because it's outdated. i now have to uninstall the whole game because i can't play it anymore, thanks

  7. I’m having a slight issue. With this patch I installed- all my mods aren’t even seen by the game. Every time I open the game I check enable mods and cc and script mods and apply the change, but when I close it and reopen it- it doesn’t save. I do put the mods in the documents<electronic arts<sims 4<mods. If you have an idea of what might've caused that it would be a great help. Thank you- it's never happened to me before

    1. Hi. I heard of this happening once a few weeks ago, but I don't remember what was the cause or how it could be fixed, sadly. Oh, I think they were using an administrator account to play and a regular account to save the mods or something like that, but I might be mistaken. Please try to investigate a bit and share your findings with us, so we can all learn, since it's an uncommon problem.

      Also, try installing a few CC and mods per time, just so you know if the game isn't resetting itself because of something broken or incompatible.

    1. I'm sorry my mistake, I found the file but for some reason when i followed the instructions it didn't go where it was supposed to go. All is well! ty

  9. Hey,
    I don't know if anyone had the same problem as me. after you get the download link my torrent kept giving me the error "former volume not mounted" while everything was still in the same location as it always have. For the people that don't know you can try to fix it with "right click on torrent/s that gives you error>Advanced>Set download location."
    It took me several times to make it work so don't worry if it isn't fixed from the first time! 🙂
    And for Sim Architect maybe nice to know this error exists too :p but thank you for all the hard work you put into this! i really love the utip option so I can support you now too!

    1. Thank you so much for sharing what to do when that happens. Sometimes file systems glitch a little. Yesterday I had two power outages and my computer is acting up a bit funny. I might even have to reinstall everything in a couple of days, but I'll wait until windows is updated tomorrow, maybe it won't be necessary.

      Thank you so much for your donation as well, by the way. I can only exist right now because of the people who are currently supporting me, otherwise I would have had to take the site down and maybe even myself, due to the lack of funds 🤦🏻‍♂️

    1. Yes, for a few days you do. I'll make it free in a few days, but right now I need the money, so I am using uTip. The previous versions are all free and this one will be free as usual, but in a few days. Thanks for understanding.

    1. Hi! I don't remember the password 🤦🏻‍♂️

      But you shouldn't need that file at all, you need to follow my anti virus related instructions on my tutorial and if you lost a couple of files you need to restore them on your anti virus to make the game work, or redownload just the files you're missing from the torrent.

      Oh, and the file is outdated, it is there by accident from a previous version of the game, so it would not work anyway.

      1. i put the game folder from eco living and i could open the game but i can t see the sim is invisible and i don t have cc ...

        1. Hi! It sounds you need to use the All in One instead of the Update Only version. The Update Only version doesn't have some of the files because they're not necessary if you already have the previous All in One installed and fully functional.

          Apply the update again on top of your Eco Lifestyle, then try The Sims 4 Validator on the updated game, then post the results from the validator below, so I can take a look at it and try to figure out what you might be missing.

    1. But yes, as always, it will be. I am holding off for a while because I really need to raise some money to keep the site going etc. Thanks a lot for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.
