1.) Since The Sims 4 tends to be picked up - erroneously - as "malicious" by many anti-virus programs, you need to make sure to add both the (future) install location of your game as well as the location of your downloads to the "exceptions list" in your anti-virus program. But depending on which anti-virus software you yourselves are using, you may need to do more research on your own. Don't worry! Even though the game files are picked up by anti-virus software as malicious, the files are completely safe to use (it’s what we call a "false-positive" warning ). We suggest you add the following locations to the exceptions list in your anti-virus software. Later on, once you installed the game, you may narrow-down the exclusions to only your installed The Sims 4 game folders. But in order to avoid any problems during the download of the games and/or the installation process, it is a good idea to add these exclusions beforehand OR temporarily disable your anti-virus software before downloading and installing the game.

2.) Download and install Games4theworld's version of The Sims 4 base game, which you can find along all other Games4theworld releases, on our official Forum announcement here: https://www.games4theworld.club/t53-all-games4theworld-downloads
3.) Now install the other Games4theworld The Sims 4 torrents in the following order, if you have not done so already. If you installed some of these, then you only need to apply those item that "follow" your latest DLC.
For example, if you have everything including Toddlers/Vampires/Bowling installed already, then you just needto apply Parenthood -> Fitness Stuff -> Toddlers Stuff, and of course Cats & Dogs.

=> Get to Work
=> Get together
=> City Living
=> Toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff (The Sims 4 version 1.29.69.1020)
=> Parenthood
=> Fitness Stuff
=> Toddlers Stuff

=> Seasons
=> Get Famous
=> Update 1.49.65.1020
=> Strangerville
=> Island Living
=> Moschino Stuff
=> Realm of Magic
=> Discover University
4.) Your next step is to go to where you installed the base game of The Sims 4 to. Inside, you should see a folder named "Game". WE STRONGLY
RECOMMEND that you RENAME that folder, into anything you like. For example into "Game_". Alternatively you can also delete or move the folder away.
5.) Now copy ALL the folders inside this download, to where you installed the base game of The Sims 4 to. If you installed Games4theworld's base game, the default install location will be under C:\Program files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 .
6.) When prompted, choose "Merge folders" and "Copy and replace (all) files/Replace files in the destination".
7.) Now please MOVE (don’t copy) the “The Sims 4” folder located in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\ to THIS location instead: C:\Program Files\
So your new installation location will be: C:\Program Files\The Sims 4\
8.) Done! You now have the latest available working version of The Sims 4! Navigate to C:\Program Files\The Sims 4\Game\Bin and start the game by double-clicking the "TS4_x64.exe" file.
Do NOT use the TS4.exe under Bin_LE, this executable is only relevant for people who play the "Legacy Edition Patch" of The Sims 4.
If you want to create shortcuts to quickly launch the game from your Desktop, right-click on the "TS4_x64.exe" (or "TS4.exe") file and choose
Send to > Desktop (Create shortcut).
Start the game and… ENJOY playing the latest version of The Sims 4!

+++ ADDITIONAL NOTE +++ for some people, after they copy/paste this update over their existing Sims 4 installation, they might initially get an error like "Orange is not running" when trying to run the game the first time (after applying the new update). Click away the error window(s), wait a few seconds, and then try starting the game again.
If it still does not work, try disabling any and all "virtualization" features in your UEFI/BIOS settings. Please try googling or refer to your specific motherboard model/number, as a start, and go from there.
Within Windows 10 and Windows 8, you can, in addition, also change something in your control panel to help with these issues.
Control Panel => Programs => Programs and Features => Turn Windows Features on/off
Uncheck the box named "Hyper-V", there.

I've been trying for like an hour and half to even download the Tiny Living DLC but I keep getting to the very end of the link tree where I get to Linkverse, click on the "Look at these articles" hit continue and it takes me to entirely different page. Basically, I can't download the actual torrent

Okay, I got it installed and ofllowed all instructions, placing this one in first, followed by the anniversary update...but it seems only the anniversary update was applied...Tiny Living shows up, not grayed out, but when hovering over, it tells me to download it (i.e. i dont have it installed). I've no idea what to do; help!

Please follow the tutorial there very carefully to do things right. You're likely missing files and there's not much to do than starting over, sorry.
There's a way to speed up the download by using the files you already have, but it's a bit tricky, if you know how to do it, go ahead, otherwise you'll need to wait for all the 46 GB or so to come to your computer again. 😟
Oh, and I hope you did NOT use the files before the download was finished, because if you still had your torrent client files were still being downloaded it's a no go, it just won't work.
You can wait until they finish downloading and try installing again, otherwise you need to start fresh and do everything perfectly, or the game does not work.

I´ve downloaded and installed the Tiny House update, but when i try to play, it appears "Unable to start [85262c58:29f00e76:00000000:00000000]"
I had the Univertity update, and it appeared the same but with "clickbait error" or something like that so I deleted that file and it let me play but the game crashed a lot and some blurry squares appeared in the University map

This is an update only version, that is why. You should use The Sims 4 Tiny Living All in One Portable instead.

Hey!~ do installed lots in the Tray folder work with this version? I downloaded the all in one and it's the only thing that won't work. I have installed properly, no subfolders etc and tried every fix online but just can't seem to get custom lots working.
Weird, they should work normally for sure. You can't access the on line gallery but the rest should be fine. Did you enable mods and CC in the game menu? They're disabled on each update.
yep. they're all enabled and my other CC works. strangely enough after the tinyliving update ONE of pralinesims houses is showing but none of the others. any ideas?
This sounds like broken CC or mods that need to be updated each time there's a new update to The Sims 4.
