The Sims 4: Strangerville [Version 1.50.67.1020] - Installation Guide
NOTE 1: In order to use this download you will need to have a cracked basegame of The Sims 4 installed already, plus the Games4theworld releases listed down below, and in that particular order. See the Forum announcement to learn where to grab the items:

NOTE 2: We strongly recommend that prior to installing this new update/DLC, that you DELETE or RENAME your "Game"-folder, inside your installation path of The Sims 4 (see step #4 of this guide!).
NOTE 3: Due to the new crack, the method of language change is also different now. During our testing, we found ourselves unable to change the in-game display language by means of the codex.cfg file, however, changing the language works if you change the registry manually. To help ease you into this 'area' we provided individual .reg (registry) files, for each language. We VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND - for the time being at least - that all of you choose a language that you want to play the game in. Open the folder of the language that you chose, inside "# Language Registry Files". Once you have chosen a language, please double-click on the .reg file that is inside in the folder. Ignore the warning and import the registry entry. Note: if you have imported the registry files, from one of the previous updates, you do not need to import them again, here.
NOTE 4: If you have your game installed on a non-C: drive, you may also need to change the registry entries to accomodate the particular hard-drive the game is installed in. Press the Windows key + R. Type "regedit" in the small window, and hit Enter.
Now edit the drive letter under "GDFBinary"and "InstallDir", here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Maxis -> The Sims 4
And edit the drive letter under "GDFBinary", "GDFBinary64" and "InstallDir", here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Wow6432Node -> Maxis -> The Sims 4
Simply double-click on the given registry entry, and edit it. Save the changes of course. We will keep you posted in future updates and on the Forum, should we find another (easier) way to change the display language.
NOTE 5: Always remember, if you are unsure about the exact installation procedure/order of Games4theworld's The Sims 4 torrents, make sure to check back under the Forum topic, which gets updated every time a new The Sims 4 update is released.
NOTE 6: Credits for providing the No-Origin crack files go to the group CODEX. The actual game update, DLC files and language strings were extracted from an Origin-based (a.k.a. a legal copy) of The Sims 4 plus DLC. Games4theworld 'merely' repacks those updates and provides Support on the G4TW Forums.
After getting this update it says unable to start: the content of your user data directory were created by a newer version of sims 4 and cannot be loaded, please update your game via origin to play. What should i do?

I installed the first island living dlc with both patches, but I have some problems with bathtubes and beds now, I heard about that when the island living came out, I tried batch fixing it wirth sims4studio but it did not work, what should I do? should I install this patch of island living? is it the second one that came after island living? Cause I heard everyone had problems with that dlc but I dont know how they all fixed it. thanks!
Maybe update it with The Sims 4 Realm of Magic 1.55.108.1020 All in One Customizable [Anadius] so you can also have Realm of Magic and the latest patches?

You better use an all in one instead, since you missed a few updates. The update only versions are usually incremental.

when i play a world there is no door and when i try to place a door down it says script failed or something and only door frames work for doors its super annoying and also my mc command centre keeps going crazy i dont know if its the game of just mc command centre its self theres always a error and i dont know what to do about it please help!!!

Hello, I just installed the last couple of updates. When the saved game loaded, there were no doors on lots and I couldn't place them either. It said 'Script call failed'. How can I fix this please?

Nice. No, you should not lose it. You need to install the update 1.52 as well before this one. It's better to use The Sims 4 All in One Customizable 1.53.115.1020 [Anadius] because it has everything you need. If you want you can skip downloading the expansions you already have (but download ALL the rest including base game etc).
Hi Sims Architect i just updated my sims and when I opened it I couldnt find my mods and cc but my mods/cc files are save in my files mods. Also my game save is gone but still saved in my files. How do I put back?
Hi. Everytime you update the game it disables the mods / CC. You can get them running again by opening the menu inside the game and changing the corresponding option.
Hi, you mentioned that this is compatible with FitGirl, so I would like to ask if I still need to download all the G4TW packs one by one, or can I just download the latest update file?
You need to download all the packs that came after what you have, one by one. If you have strangerville, then you need Island Living 1.52 and the one on this post 1.53 as well, on top of it. Otherwise I'd advise you to download an all in one version instead, since it might be just easier.
hi sims architect ð i am currently using the all-in-one portable release (1.52.100.1020 update) and previously, i have downloaded the sims 4 using the G4TW version. Due to my inability to understand the instruction, hahaha i have decided to reinstall it by using your package (may God bless you, you save my life!! THANK YOUUUUU)
However i still have few questions to ask;
1. how am going to add mods/cc into the new downloaded game
2. is it possible to delete my folder of the old The Sims 4 (G4TW version) in the Drive (C) just like that
3. how to patch the 1.53.115.1020 Update into 1.52.100.1020 Update (because i am so new to this, i am so sorry :'( )

1. You add Mods and CC normally if those are the ones you usually download directly from the source. You need to use The Sims 4 Gallery if you want to download and install Gallery items, since the game is off line, hence it won't allow you direct connection to EA's GAllery.
2. Yes, if you have the new version on a separate folder, you can delete the old one from the old place.
3. To Patch your 1.52 game to 1.53.115.1020 you can use The Sims 4 Island Living 1.53.115.1020 Update Only â G4TW and follow the instructions there, which usually consist of downloading the torrent, renaming the
Gamefolder insideProgram Files/The Sims 4to something likeGame (Old)(you can remove it later), then overwriting/supplementing the old files with the new ones.
